DavidLearman.com does not regularly review materials posted, or products or services offered, on the Websites belonging to third parties and does not necessarily endorse all of the materials, products, and services available on such third-party websites. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree to hold harmless and relieve DavidLearman.com and its affiliates from any liability whatsoever arising from your use of information from a third-party or your use of any third-party website and any you agree and acknowledge that viewing and usage of the contents of any such third -party website are solely made at your own risk.
DavidLearman.com recommends that before you disclose any personal information to a third- party, you should first read and accept the third-party’s privacy policy and terms and conditions of use (if applicable) of their website.
Minors (under the age of 18) shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order any time before shipment and can return your purchase within 7 days after the delivery date if you’re unsatisfied with it. However, we recommend that you accept the shipment so that you can see your purchase in person before making a final decision whether or not to keep it. If you’re absolutely sure you do not want the purchase, contact us immediately at art@davidlearman.com and provide your order details.
Please note that your purchase is created immediately following the successful processing of payment. Should you decide to cancel your order, we may not be able to stop the transaction prior to production. If you’ve changed your mind and wish to select an alternative image once payment has been received, we’ll need to cancel the order entirely and create a new order. In such an event inform us immediately by email at art@davidlearman.com.
Replacement / Refunds
Items returned because they are defective, damaged or incorrect will be either replaced at our cost, subject to availability or we will refund the full purchase price. Should you return an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, the refund will include the original shipping cost.
All prints are carefully checked and photographed prior to being packaged and despatched to ensure they are shipped in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of damage to your consignment, you should refuse delivery and instruct the shipping agent to return to sender and advise us accordingly by email to art@davidlearman.com together with photographs of the damage.
Replacements/refunds are normally processed within 30 days of the package being returned to our production studio. We will notify you via e-mail of the replacement/refund once we have received and inspected the returned item.
We will carefully check all items returned to us as damaged or defective. In the event, we find no fault we reserve the right to retain the charge for shipping the item to you together with an administration charge of US$55.00. All approved refunds will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Please note: Any currency conversion loss that may result in a reversed payment is at your own risk and we will not accept liability for any exchange rate loss.
