SHIPPING

Your purchase will be delivered by FedEx and their terms and conditions of service shall apply.

Damage in Transit

All prints are carefully checked and photographed prior to being packaged and despatched.

In the unlikely event of the consignment being severely damaged, you should refuse delivery and instruct the shipping agent to return to sender and advise me accordingly by email.

All returns will be checked against our photographic record before offering a credit voucher.

Items returned because they are defective, damaged or incorrect will be either replaced, subject to availability, or we will refund the full purchase price to you.

Refunds are normally processed within 30 days of the package being returned to our production studio. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and inspected the returned item.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, the refund will include the original shipping cost.

We will check all items returned to us as damaged or defective. In the event, we find no fault we reserve the right to retain the charge for shipping the item to you together with an administration charge of US$55.00. All approved refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Customs & Import VAT

Should you require delivery outside of the UAE, your delivery may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches you. Any additional charges for customs clearance or taxes are your responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that when ordering you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Your privacy is important to us and we know you care about how your information is used and shared. International customers should note that cross-border deliveries are subject to documentation disclosing order contents and that your parcel may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.

Delivery Rates & Delivery Policy

All delivery charges are based on shipping from our production studio based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

We CANNOT deliver or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple Orders

When multiple orders are placed each order will be processed separately.

Packaging

We take great care to pack all items securely. Should an item arrive damaged due to the failure of packaging or the mishandling during shipping, you should instruct the shipping agent to return to sender and email us pictures of the damage together with a request for a replacement. We will arrange to replace the item when the damaged consignment has been returned to us.

The estimate shipping lead time is shown on the payment page of our website and varies according to the delivery destination.

Accepting Delivery

All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. When receiving the item, you should be check it to ensure it is delivered in good condition. If it is not in perfect condition, do not accept it and instruct the shipping agent to return to sender. If an item is subsequently found to be damaged after you have signed for it, we we will not accept its return or offer any refund.

Order Tracking

After completing your purchase, we will email you a tracking number which you can use to follow the consignment on our carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number please email us with your order number and we’ll forward the tracking number to you.

Delivery Day

Normally, our logistics partners will arrange a suitable time for drop off in advance. If, for some reason, the item cannot be signed for, our logistics partner will leave a card to contact the local distribution centre. It will then be your responsibility to contact the logistics company to arrange delivery. The logistics company will keep the item for 14 days after which they will return the item to our Production house, in the event of which, any re-delivery charges will be at your cost.
